When Don's Plumbing installed the Sanitizer Plus Water system, I was told that a yearly service (Including filters) would be under $200 a year. Every year, we received a bill for less than $200. I am home during the day so I watched what was done to the system and noticed that filters were installed every time. When I called for a service this last time, it took two weeks and three phone calls just to get the service representative to respond. After he performed the same service that has been done each year, I received a bill for $404.07. When I called and spoke to the owner, Keith, he referred me to Steve, the technician, who has not responded. I called again this afternoon and Keith was unwilling to adjust the bill to what I was quoted when I first had the system installed. I have

I recently purchased a stove here. Everyone here was great to work with. They delivered, leveled it and made sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend Don's plumbing. Shopping locally is much better service than the big box stores.

Stopped in to their show room yesterday 9-11-25 purchased a new refrigerator hands down great customer service. Would highly recommend.

Tom and Mack did a few plumbing repairs at our house today, both were professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up their work areas when done. Thanks guys!

Will not be doing business with Don’s again. If you want to keep loyal customers, I recommend a little more transparency with your charges. If you decide to send two plumbers or an entire fleet of plumbers, let the customer know and also let them know how much each plumber is going to cost. It just makes you seem less shady. We were expecting one plumber. We got two and the second one cost an extra $250. Was fixing a leak really a two person job? I guess you decided that it was before you even knew what the problem was.
