Don's Plumbing Heating & Air

I have never been so disgusted with a company before. We called these folks came out , found where gas leak was said I go crunch numbers let ya know most for job. He never called. We called and we're told oh he's going call you when comes in, no call next morning oh he's going to call you tomorrow. Needless to say they never called never came. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!

WAY OVERCHARGED!!!! Completely overcharged. The two men who came to my home were here LESS THAN ONE HOUR to fix a pipe - the charge $60 (truck fee - what even is that!!??), $300 labor fee ($150 per hour BUT WERE HERE LESS THAN ONE HOUR), material $21.79, tax $26.72 for a total of $408.51!!! AND once they finished fixing my pipe they sat in their truck at least 30 minutes before bringing me the bill. Called and was told Don would call me back. Never happened. Do NOT USE these guys! ZERO STARS!

After attempting to unclog a sewer pipe on our own and being unsuccessful, I called Don's. I called at the end of the day on Monday and they were out at my house first thing Tuesday morning. After an hour and a half or so of work, our clog was fixed. The cost was very reasonable, and I'm very grateful to Steven and Barry for the wonderful work they did. I will definitely be using Don's again in the future should any other plumbing problems arise, and I would recommend them over other plumbing companies in the area.

We used Don' s Plumbing twice within the same month for clogged toilets. They came out, excited to use a new tool they had with a camera. The first time, the managed to get the toilets unclogged and said there was paper in the drain lines. The second time they came out (same problem), they used the camera tool and said they didn't see anything wrong. These two visits costed $1,400, and on May7, 2021. .guess what I have going on at my house! Clogged toilets. They never fixed the problem or even knew why this keeps happening, but the still charged an outrageous amount. I am angry and afraid to call another plumber this time because I just cant afford to pay that. I would never recommend them!

Rob showed up 3 hours after initial call for our air conditioner on a 90 degree day and was already working on fixing it by the time my husband arrived. He explained everything he was doing in detail and gave some tips for future use/maintenance. Was very nice, polite and helpful. Did a great job, got us back up and running within the hour.
