Don's Sprinkler Service

Don has been great every time I've had him over. He installed my system at my old house and did a great job. I recently purchased a new home with some sprinkler issues that Don was able to fix and he came out to help my wife with winterizing the system, as it doesn't have a blowout valve. Don is a very nice guy and we appreciate all the work he has done for us!

Don’s Sprinkler service (and his team) failed to show up to not one, but two appointments. Both times I never received a phone call that Don was running late nor was I notified that he would not be showing up. In fact, I had to reach out to him and his office both times to check on his status well after our appointment window had passed. Shouldn’t a professional operation be proactively reaching out to ME as the customer? I understand that landscapers are in demand right now. That said, the simple lack of communication is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and quite frankly, indicative of a fly-by-night operation and not a true business. Don’t waste your time dealing with Don’s.

Don’s Sprinkler Service is a great company! I’ve been using them for four years and each year they exceed expectations. Don passionate about his work and delivers top notch service every time. He is smart and has a great sense of humor!

I would not recommend Don's to my worst enemy. The first time they were to come out their truck broke down and no one bothered to let me know. So we rescheduled and they couldn't come out in the snow. Finally the last appointment they didn't even show up. I called and asked for a call back to understand what happened and no one has yet called me back. Their follow up is terrible and would not recommend them.

The customer service I experienced with this company was horrible. First, they scheduled me for a morning appointment, saying their tech would show up anytime between 8 and 12. When no one had showed up by noon, I called, and they had the tech call me. He said they had scheduled me for the afternoon, not the morning (!) and that he could come to my house after finishing his current appointment; he would call me when he was on his way. Thirty minutes later, I got a call from him saying he was 20 minutes from my house. Great! I went outside to work in the yard and wait for him. He never showed. When I called the receptionist again, she accusingly said they had been trying to call me. He couldn't find my address. As it turns out, she had given him the WRONG address! No apology, just accusatio
