We are very pleased with the service received from Chris and his son, Hayden. When I reached out to them, Chris was in Jamaica doing disaster relief work associated with recent Hurricane damage. He answered my call and set up an appointment to meet after his return (three days). He surveyed what turned out to be a failed drain field and outlined options going forward subsequent to a DEQ inspection of the general area and test pits dug by Hayden. The longest delay in the project was due to DEQ's schedule and requirements. Chris used the time to order parts and set his schedule. Once the DEQ requirements and permit were in hand the project, a major drain field repair, moved along very quickly to completion in one day. Very professional, courteous, and timely. We couldn't be more satisfied.

Best Father & Son duo ever! Chris was so awesome to give me ample amounts of his time with helping solve the mystery of our septic nitemare! He had a hunch that there was a 2nd tank on our property after we called him due to backing up, getting the tank that we thought was the source of the issue pumped, and then still backing up. We'll surprise,surprise it wasn't the main tank to the house unbeknownst to us....
