Door Dorks

We had a great experience with Door Dorks from start to finish. Gina was wonderful to work with—very informative, patient, and helpful as we selected our new garage door. She made the process easy and answered all of our questions along the way. Jason and Chris handled the installation and did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and the quality of their work was outstanding. They were also incredibly flexible and accommodating as our construction schedule kept changing, which we really appreciated. The entire team was responsive, easy to work with, and clearly takes pride in their work. We’re very happy with the new garage door and would absolutely recommend Door Dorks to anyone looking for great service and a smooth installation process.

Adam has come out to help us out a few times now. Every time he’s come out he’s been incredibly helpful. First it was to replace the springs on my main garage. Second time was to install a new motor. And the third time was just recently to replace the rollers on our second garage door and rebalance it. He’s given me tips on how to maintain the doors, and also has given me thoughtful insight on when to replace the other spring on our second garage door. He’s helped us program the new motor as well. 5/5 this company is great, they’re quick to respond, accurate with estimates and on time (will also give ETA on arrival as well). Thanks Adam! Appreciate all the help!

Alphonso was a true pro. He went beyond expectations and made sure the new wall mounted motor worked well and made any necessary adjustments along the way. In the future I will for sure use Door Dorks for any garage door needs and hope we get Alphonso assigned to our job. Happy New Year!

We are so happy with the entire experience at Door Dorks. The people we met were very nice and professional. We did check with other garage door companies and the service and pricing did not even come close. Gina Fellman was our sales person, and I can say it was wonderful to talk to a person who listens, and answered all my questions with an ( honest ) answer, we also had fun talking. The installers Alfonso and Toa were great, on time, and excellent workmanship. We had old garage doors that on a hot day hit 120-136 degrees inside making the garage miserable, the new insulated doors on one of the hottest days was 97 degrees, a big improvement, and look great. I'm not an easy person to please, I'm a retired quality control analyst, and do my own repairs from auto and home 90% of the time. D

We had a great experience with Door Dorks today. Adam came out to look at an issue with our garage door, clearly explained what caused it, and fixed it quickly. He also did a thorough check of the entire system and even inspected our second garage door just to make sure everything was working properly. After the repair, he walked us through what he did and shared really helpful tips about maintaining our doors. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful… really appreciated Adam’s service.
