Door Mart Services

I ordered 3 garage doors 6 weeks ago, and never received the doors. I had to request my deposit back. I hope they send me my deposit. In my opinion the customer care or service is extremely lacking. I see some recommended their repair, but my dealing with ordering new garage doors from Doormart has been a nightmare!

Very quick service, came out within a days notice. Repaired a broken spring on my door in a short amount of time. Had an issue with pricing on the phone vs what was charged after the service but it was quickly resolved after reaching out to them.

Door Mart installed a new garage door opener for me and did a sloppy job. They left a mess behind and left the sensors unaligned. When called back out to realign them I was told there would be a service charge (even though it wasn't installed properly) to which I agreed to and then stood me up. The garage door opener itself works fine but overall it was a lazy job.

Bob with Door Mart Services showed up to address our garage door not opening within a couple of hours of all our initial call. Within a couple of minutes he addressed the issue being a broken spring, and he also made the suggestion to change out the metal rollers to nylon. Our motor is over 25 years old, and it would have been easy for him to sell us a new one. He did not. I appreciate Bob and Door Mart for their honesty and speed of service. Within 30 minutes, we once again were able to open and close our garage door...plus it was now quieter. Thank you again Bob.

Called them for an issue with my garage door opener. They came out within 30 minutes and had it taken care of in no time. Even had an extra remote with them that I could purchase. Friendly, prompt service, would not hesitate to call them again.
