Door Pro America

About 2 weeks after the job was completed, the men had to come back to re-boot the system. It works fine now, but I felt both times that the men, working quickly, did a mediocre job in terms of proper installation. The attachment points were put on the door crooked and upside down (from what the arrow indicated was proper.) I re-installed them properly after they left. Not sure you will want to publish this report.

Use door pro America to fix our garage door. Would not respond to remote or app. Julio the technician came out and took care of business. Took care of our needs from Start to finish. Great guy and excellent technician. Will definitely use door pro America again and will ask for Julio!!!!!!

The men that came to my house to put in the garage openers did a wonderful job and explained how the system works ( cameras, openers, etc ). I would highly recommend them.

Came to fix garage door opener. Were on time, as promised, courteous and did great work! Reasonably priced as well.

Installers did a professional job. Had a problem with the door opening and closing on its own. Called customer support and they sent someone to work on it. Worked better but the problem did not completely go away. They are coming tomorrow to replace the motor. Very happy that your company is handling the issue. Had an issue with getting the opener hooked up to Siri on my phone. I thought the salesman said that the installer would do that, but the installer said that they don't. If you could send me the instructions to connect to Siri, I would appreciate it. Many thanks. Again, very happy with your company.
