Door Pro

I called them over 2 weeks ago regarding an issue with the tension cable coming off again said well will send somebody out too look at it and fix it. No one ever showed called again left message waited a couple days NO call back. I then called and was told well it has been fixed and invoiced I explained it HAD NOT been fixed as of yet. I was told he would speak to the service guy about it and hmmm so far nothing. I guess it is time to call someone who actually services there customers

I'm very happy with the work on my door. I actually had called a different company in Willmar first. They not only didn't show the day they had said they didn't even call. Door Pro was able to get their right away and did a fantastic job. Jason is top notch and a great asset to their team! I WILL ONLY USE Door Pro from now on.

Tige is great! We called him 4pm one afternoon & he was here repairing the garage door by 11:30am the next morning! He was fast, knowledgeable, reasonable & courteous, as well as answered some questions! Would define recommend!!! ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Kept saying they were coming but didn’t. They don’t put light bulbs in the opener but didn’t tell me, I would have gladly given them a bulb. I am unable to get on a ladder.

Very professional very knowledgeable nice garage doors were done in a very timely matter would recommend to anyone needing work done
