Door Pro Plus

I bet you didn’t know that Door Pro Plus does Glass too! We lost a piece of glass here in Marble Falls at the shop. One call, the guys showed up, several days later there are here installing a replacement commercial insulated tempered glass. Tammi, Wesley, and James made the experience great. I highly recommend them as they are verified to be locally owned and not owned by a private equity company.

I wanted to replace the 2006 garage door and opener with a LiftMaster opener and an insulated door this time. Tammy and Priscilla in the office were helpful and got me scheduled for an assessment. The technicians came out fairly quickly, answered questions and made suggestions. I was really happy with the price overall and am especially happy with how quiet my garage closes now. No more growling, grinding metal sound. Their installation technicians were super professional and efficient. I would use Door Pro again for sure.

The spring on our garage door broke and we couldn’t get our car out of the garage. Door Pro was very helpful and made a special effort to get the door replaced the same day so I could get to appointments the next day. Super nice and reasonably priced.

Owner is very unreasonable. Tammy has good customer service but cannot makeup for unreasonable time delays that can be fixed in the moment.
