During the recent storm I lost power. I had to use the garage door emergency release to get my car from the garage. I spoke with Dawn at ASSA, she was able to walk me through the reconnect except for reconnecting the emergency cord. As promised, a third party repair Man arrived on January 9th. It took him 3 minutes to show me and reconnect rhe emergency line. The repair person quoted, 213.79 for the 3 minutes. He stated he would not have charged me, however it was not his call. I reached out to Dawn who never gave me an estimate for the work. She reached out to their Manager, James Perry, who reduced the charge to 159.80. I don't remember the last time I wrote a negative review, but this company is awful. The good news is they do sell garage doors, but that's where the good news ends. My garage door started leaking under the rubber seal 3 months after it was installed and I had them out to look at it. They insisted it was inadequate calk at the sides of the door (which the builder repaired) and it continued leaking in the same spot. Upon scheduling a second visit, the tech arrived hours late and didn't have the right parts to fix the garage door so they had to then schedule a third appointment, which they got wrong and then had to reschedule when I wasn't home. Never have I ever had such disregard and dismissal from a company. Been waiting for since Aug 31 to get my garage door serviced. 1st and 2nd appt were No Shows. Finally got ahold of someone over there and they acted like they didnt give a rats behind and now I have to wait yet another week for them to come out with a 4hr wait window. Sadly I have no other choice but to go with it since they are the ones that did the initial job. Lets see if they show up! More to come!!

Had my garage doors serviced by several companies and by far this one is the best out of alot of companies I've tried. Service techs actually knew what they were doing and very professional.

Great company!! They changed out my door operator/motors. They were very friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely do business again and highly recommended
