Door Systems of Wichita Falls

I had my garage door replaced by Mr. Bitsche himself. Even though I ordered everything new, he left the old rails stating they were in good condition. A few months later, the garage door just came off track. I called Mr. Bitsche out and he said that someone had tampered with the rails to which I reminded him that he didn't replace the rails taking a shortcut. Since the door came off track at 11pm at night, I had to lower it manually and the door slammed down on the ground pinching the bottom section. He said he wasn't responsible for that since I was the one to damage the door panel. He was rude because of the "warranty" work performed. When he left my house, he backed into my neighbor's Mustang. I'm glad I read the previous reviews instead of just going by the star rating... 2 of the 3 had nothing to do with this business or their service. I didn't hire Door Systems for their driving skills... I hired them to fix my garage door and they did a fantastic job at that. I don't know if the guys made it back safely after they left my house but I do know my garage door works perfectly.

They bought a substantial amount of product from our company 4 months ago. They haven't had any issues with the product but they won't pay the bill or even return phone calls.
