Had the “pleasure” of meeting a representative from this company as he almost ran me over driving the wrong side of the street and in the bike lane. When I asked him to move his car he just told me “my daddy says I get to do this”. If you are going to advertise your company on your truck please at least respect the rules of the road and don’t act like a rude entitled jerk.

Poor management! Poor craftsmanship.Poor communication. I got all damaged wood. Took forever for them to do the job and the owner Dennis is def not a nice person! Over priced with poor quality for which they don’t stand behind their work. If you’re building a home I would stay away from these guys. They take no responsibility for their actions!

If you deal with these people, record conversations. They’re very sketchy, and casually lie to cover their own hides from backlash from the owner. They cycle through employees frequently.

Driver on N Pima at 1:40 pm today going 65 in a 50 making unsafe lane changes towing a long trailer. If this is the judgement shown by an employee in a marked truck with the business name and phone number, what quality can one expect from the company as a whole? You advertise while driving in the community. And you clearly need more liability insurance…it’s only a matter of time.

When I first mentioned this company to several contractors they all warned me to stay away as the customer service is terrible. They damaged the interior doors upon delivery, dropped my very expensive front door on the ground damaging it, failed to delivery several doors twice, messed up the interior pocket doors, then tried to charge me for their mistake, took them 3 trips to deliver the correct hinges, not to mention it is like pulling teeth to get any response from anyone over there. When you try to explain any issues, they simply ignore you. They also nickel and dime you to death. I spent over $30K with this company. Today, they didn't want to listen to how dissatisfied I was with the customer service so they called my husband an a-hole then hung up on me. I should have listened
