The technician is professional and efficient. He helped us fix a bended sector of the garage door. After putting things to the right place, he also examined how the door work and adjusted two joint iron pieces to make the door work smoother. Very nice work:)

My garage door spring broke and the door was stuck, Roger came out and gave it a quick check about 1/2 hour after I called. Gave me a rundown on what was going on, and how I could improve my current set up. The service tech came out later that day, and was fast and courteous. Thanks for the great service

Roger was extremely helpful is discussing the issues with my garage door. He explained what could be wrong and addressed the costs involved. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommended him.

Called to get a quote from DoorMaster of Logan and some one came out to my house. He called me the next day with a quote for parts and labor. I said let's do it friday and he said he would check his schedule and get back to me. It's 2 months later and he never got back to me. I'm not sure if this is typical in their business but for me, at least, I would not do business with them. Terrible service before the sale almost always means even worse service after.... Be warned
