I called Rob because my opener was stuck, leaving my garage door inoperable. Precision Doors was here last summer twice, but I continued to have trouble. Rod came out the very next day, on time and ready for business! Rod was able to make the repairs quickly and at a very fair price. I was thinking I would have to buy a new opener or maybe even a new door, but Rod make adjustments that Precision Doors SHOULD have made in the first place. Highly recommend Rod - I will definitely pass his name to anyone else that needs assistance with their garage or openers.

The spring in my garage door broke leaving my car trapped in the garage. I gave door master a call and Rod was so quick to respond. He got the job done the same day and was very knowledgable and reasonably priced. I have since referred him to a friend and they too had a great experience. Thank you Rod. He was excellent. He drove 1.5 hours out and 1.5 hours back home. He made sure things were all adjusted and fixed before heading home. Stayed into darkness and late evening in the cold. I normally leave negative reviews for contractors because its hard to find good help, who care. We were very happy with him and his garage door knowledge. A good guy! He comes highly recommended.

Rod at Spokane Doormaster came out after 5 to get my garage door working again so that I didn't have to leave it up all night. He really knows his craft. Found a part that the previous company (Pres. door) had left on top of the garage door opener they had installed and had not connected a part that would have sensed this problem with the garage door opener cables and prevented the issue. He fixed the cables and hooked up the cable sensor, adjusted the rollers and the track and was very professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely hire him again in the future

My double door garage door spring broke Saturday. Luckily, my car was outside. Called Rod Monday morning (he only lives about a mile from me). He came out that afternoon and had all the parts needed for repairs. Suggested roller bearing upgrade and installed them at the same time. Very professional. Highly recommend him for any repairs you need. Thanks Rod.
