Called at 11:15am on a Sunday after a spring broke and Jim was here by 3pm. He quickly and expertly fixed it and went above and beyond to get the opener dialed in better. Price was fair and service was prompt. Couldn’t ask for more!

We used this company a few years ago to replace our garage door. Service was outstanding! I highly recommended them to friends and family. I recently contacted them to replace the garage door opener. I called twice. Left a voicemail during the original call. No call back over the course of 3 days. Disappointed in the custom service. I went with Tri County Door Doctor, received an answer on the first call, and set up service.

Jim was very polite, did great work’ made sure all the little details were taken care of. He cleaned everything up when he was done and hauled away old door, and opener. We would recommend using Jim , if you need a new garage door or repair work on existing door.

My garage door broke the evening of Christmas day and he came out the very next day and secured the door for safety and came back Monday morning to replace it. Highly recommend for price, availability and knowledge.
