Scheduled an appointment to meet at the showroom. Confirmed the appointment 2 hours before. Texted them that I was on my way. At the time of the appointment no one there. I called them to find out where they were. Response, I’m 10 min away. 20 min later, where are you? I hit traffic I’m 10 min away. Don’t waste your time.

They recently installed Italian doors in my house - they are fantastic! Smoothest, almost silent closing and great soundproofing. The appearance is ahead of all my expectations. Their door installation contractor is certified for installation of any doors by Lowe's (he said he does a lot of business with that big box store) and their people are really nice. Overall great experience from start to finish.

STAY AWAY FROM this one-man store . Very bad experience: shoddy business, irresponsible owner. I bought 3 doors and my Contractor was ready to install them the next day. I told Dima, the owner, that we expect them early the next day. We kept calling throughout the day, but the delivery wouldn't come and Dima didn't pickup the phone until 3 pm. When he did, he told us that he was on his way and that we should expect him around 4. We called him 5.30 again and this time he said around 8. Now, not only he mess up my day, but evening too. No delivery at 8. At 9.30 he called and said he basically was lost trying to find address. I offered to drive to the place where he was to help him out, he declined. He called again at 10.15 and said he was "11 minutes away". It is 10.30 now. Still no delive

100% agreed with rest people that post about this business I call he put on hold wait about 4 or more minutes. At least he call back. Then try to get to store as early as possible he said he have estimated to do when I ask for it he tall me I have to get to store. It's not business if owner tall he can get to you . It not even worsted to give him 1 star its 0 star

Great products, excellent professional service, skilled and thorough installers. The best prices and best quality products all in one. I have been there many times to purchase doors for my home. Highly recommended.
