Doorsmith

Did a hack job on my new brand new construction home and garage door. Been out multiple times and incapable of doing a good job. The latest rendition of “service” resulted in leaving about 20 holes in my door that should have fasteners. They are incapable of doing a complete job. Doorsmith will hack every up, and I wouldn’t trust Doorsmith to change my lightbulbs. Already experienced a lot of visits, frustration, and inconvenience. Beware.

One star is entirely too generous for Al and Doorsmith. A family friend recommended Doorsmith for the 4 custom garage doors needed for our home renovation. Things started off well and the first two doors were installed in a fairly timely fashion, but unfortunately things took a turn from there. One of the doors never fully closed and the motor wasn’t working properly either. On top of that, the door tracks they installed were not at all what was requested and what Doorsmith agreed to do — they were supposed to hug the ceiling to make room for a 4 post car lift, instead they’re hanging so far down a car will never fit on top. It took a long time to get in touch with Al — we’re talking many months and countless unreturned calls, voicemails, and texts. Finally Al took responsibility and said

Doorsmith installed 6 Barn Doors across 4 openings in my home. The workmanship of the doors they manufactured was excellent and their installation was efficient and yet, thorough in how they installed the doors and aligned centers when installing the double Barn doors. Their service/installation crew was polite, respectful and Covid aware. Thank you Doorsmith Team for making enhancing the look and feel of my home.

Jake and his team at Doorsmith are the best! They make one of a kind doors that will make your home stand out like no other. They have impeccable service and installation. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Had new garage door motors installed today installer was extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly job well done.
