I've called and called and called and got morning but screened calls left s voicemail and sent a text and got nothing. And the sad part is people swear by this company. The number they have listed is obviously a cell phone so they pick and choose who they want to answer for or do business with sad... especially because my garage door was fixed and installed by their company before I purchased the house and now it's malfunctioning I can't reach the company that did the with that's highly unprofessional!! Now I have to hire a real company to fix their new up.

The spring on my garage door broke. I have never had to have a garage door serviced so I did not know what to expect. I called 6 different companies. I wanted a locally owned company. All companies provided rates over the phone and had same day availability. I received rates from $320 - $500. Dooropolis was friendly and the lowest price. The technician arrived at the time I was told. The technician was friendly and was finished in 45 mins. I highly recommend Dooropolis and I would call on them again.

I want you to know how awesome this company is. I have called all of the top popular companies and all of them tried to sell me a new door. This cannot be repaired, they don't carry the parts anymore...yada yada. All to get me to buy a new door. So I have been hand opening my garage door for a year now. I see the advertisement on FB Marketplace and call. I spoke with Aurelio Hernandez. Excellent customer service. Came to my home promptly the next day. Gave me a fair estimate of repair. I cannot believe how quickly he repaired by garage door panel (and note it did not need to be replaced). I recommend this company as I have had a pleasant and perfect experience.
