Needed a roller replacement on a rollup 10x10 barn door after an electrician fried it. Jim was honest, transparent, and followed thru with return trips on everything; so rare in today's world, and much appreciated. Highly recommend this business of integrity, good work, and excellent communication channels. All at a rate much more reasonable and straight forward than other estimates I gathered. Manually opening your garage door when it is cold outside is no fun. I called DOORTEC and they worked with my schedule to send someone out. Javier was terrific. He diagnosed my problem, installed a new opener, programmed the remotes, and made adjustments to the tension on the door in one hour! Professional and courteous and the opener is working great (and quiet).
