Doral Hardwood Floors

I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. The customer service was extremely disappointing, and Andres Reyes was particularly rude and unhelpful. The flooring I purchased was of very poor quality—nearly half of it was unusable. Fortunately, I had ordered more than necessary. Additionally, they refused to accept the return of unused and unopened pallets. Overall, it was a very negative experience, and I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing from them.

I found Doral hardwood floors to have an excellent selection of wood floors with different price ranges to suit what you're looking for. Andres was extremely helpful and assisted us in finding the wood floors we had in mind for our home. Everything also very quickly!

Andres was a great help in choosing our floors, they were always on time and the whole staff was very honest and don't sell just to sell they actually care about the customers needs. Definitely will use them again and recommend to everyone. 100% satisfaction

I highly recommend Doral Hardwood Floors and their installer Alan. We had the pipes break under our house unexpectedly and were forced to replace the hardwood floors throughout our entire home. Andres was awesome, he was able to get us beautiful floors from Du Chateau (Old Dutch) very quickly and his installer Alan worked clean, quick and to perfection. They have a great selection of flooring, are quick to respond to any questions or issues and their prices were lower than any other store we visited.
