Well, here I am again giving Dorchester Appliance and Electric a perfect 5 star rating. Scott worked on our 14 yr old side by side refrigerator/freezer some months ago replacing the heater. Other repairmen had told us to buy a new one, but Scott fixed it at a very reasonable price. We gave him a 5 star rating then. Well, over the weekend our freezer and refrigerator sides started losing coldness. Recently bought milk had clabbored, etc. My husband left Scott a voice message, and today he came back out to see what he could do. We were fully prepared to purchase a new refrigerator, but Scott said the thermostat had stopped working. He had to unthaw a coil in order to replace the thermostat.
