Provides exceptional service and communicates well with there costumers. The receptionist is very pleasant. Mr. Doty makes sure the job is done to meet the satisfaction of the costumer.

No customer consideration and poor communication. Receptionist has a toxic personality. Overpriced and gouges their customers daily. Plenty of other quality plumbers in this area that are fair priced. No wonder this place isn't BBB accredited.

Great experience. I called this morning, he was here around 1p and was done by 130p. Fixed the clog in the drain and replaced the garbage disposal. Very pleased.

Rudeness is common here. I had my intern call here to get our septic system repaired or at the least diagnosed. He explained who he was and that he was with our company and Marty started screaming at him, hung up on him like it was a sales call. When we called back she hung up on us instantly. If I could leave 0 stars for customer support I would.

Recent replacement of our kitchen faucet was completed to our satisfaction . We found Doty Sewer & Drain to be very customer oriented with fairness and excellent communication skills. Recommended.
