I would be giving them a five-star review because it was fast service at a good price and they seem like decent people. However, we have only had our unit installed for less than 2 months and this is the way they ran our condensate line duct tape and a zip tie. You'd think they would have ran enough of these lines that they would know that this wouldn't work. So now our subfloor is sopping wet and the floor on top is bubbling because the water has gotten underneath of our flooring. It has soaked through a towel in a matter of 10 minutes and when I called them it will take them two more days before they can get to it. So until then lots of water will be soaking underneath the floor this is not exactly a cheap repair for us even though we are on warranty and they can fix the AC. Not like the

Double C is an amazing company whom I trust implicitly. They respond quickly to concerns. I feel that they explain what is going on in terms that I can understand and they patiently answer my questions. Everyone has been great to work with. Double C installed a mini split to keep our garage comfortable year round! It works amazing, the cars are never cold to get into, and the workers were nice and professional. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding company, wonderful technicians. They were the third company looking at a problem we had with our central HVAC System. The original installer was not able to help, they came in handled some other projects for us, as well as got our main system back online. Life is expensive now, but their prices have always been reasonable.
