Double D Handyman Services

We have lived in our house for over six years and desperately needed to replace the front door and the back French doors. We had been putting it off for way too long, afraid of cost and the perceived hassle of it all. Danny and Brittany did an AMAZING job! My only regret is not contacting Double D sooner! Prices were fair, they ran into several issues (related to our house) and pushed through to get the job done right. Our house has 20 foot ceilings and has always been so hot in the summer. For the first time, we can put our AC on auto because the doors are so well insulated! We will save so much money in the long run. I can’t recommend Double D Handyman Service enough!

We just had Danny and Brittany do some deck repairs to our house in Gilmer. They did an excellent job tearing out the old and replacing with new. Their workmanship is top notch. There was very little wait time and they got it done in just 2 days. We considered the cost to be reasonable. Highly recommended.

After getting the runaround from a few other contractors who never showed up, I reached out to Double D Handyman Services—and I'm so glad I did. They showed up exactly when they said they would and gave a fair, reasonable quote for repairing termite damage. As the work progressed, it turned out the damage was more extensive than we initially thought. But they kept me informed every step of the way, clearly explaining the added scope and cost before moving forward. Their communication was excellent, and they remained professional throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner, did high-quality repairs, and made sure to clean up after themselves. We've needed some work around our home for a long time, but knowing so many contractors and handymen don't really provide quality work, we have been rather afraid on who to get help from. Yeah, we watched Holmes on Homes.... After knowing Danny from Patriot Guard Riders, years ago, I had been following his work. Seeing the pictures, reading reviews, and now, getting Longview's Best Handyman award, I felt confident reaching out to him. My first project wasn't a big one, installing a new front door, but it was important to us, and he and Brit did a fabulous job. I have no qualms about using Double D Handyman Services in the future.
