Richard Norman was professional and attentive to my needs as a customer. He gave me an estimate, and I scheduled the work (carpet stretching, carpet and upholstery cleaning) a week later. I am highly satisfied with the work he and his team performed. I would recommend his company to others.

I had Double N install new flooring in my LR, DR and hallways and steam clean and re-grout tile floors in my bathrooms and kitchen. Norman and his team were fantastic! They were efficient and professional and my new floors look amazing! The cleaning and re-grouting of my tile floors made them look fresh and new. I love my floors!
