Over a week just to get a ballpark estimate, is not a way to run a proper business. Being rude and uninterested to potential customers over the phone and whining about being backed up is a sure fire way to drive away people

Extremely rude over phone and in person. Tells me it will take a week to get a quote. And that they are two weeks behind on production. Give me a break behind by 2 weeks anyone this far behind does not deserve my buisness.
