Doug did a great job installing my new programmable thermostat. He was very good at explaining how they worked and why they are a good idea. He came out quickly to get things working and communicated fast and well so you were not wondering if he would return your call and when he would be there. I'd recommend him to anyone. Very fair prices too!

Our AC unit stopped working and I called Doug early and by 10:30 he had it working perfectly. He fit us into his schedule which was extremely nice of him. He was a good good guy and we wont hesitate to call him again.

Doug was extremely friendly and professional. We're in the middle of a heat wave and a/c went out. We realized this at 6 am and by 8 am Doug was here and working. Had it fixed in minimal time and the price was very fair. Couldn't be happier with his service and will definitely be calling him again with any future heating/ ac or water needs.
