Not Doug the plumber, some other company under thr guise of a local business. Have a small leak under one bathing sink. They could not find it but quoted me 600 to replace my cheaper pipes with no guarantee it would fix the leak. Guy who came out was super nice but it all feels scummy.

If you're in a hurry or have a urgent request, don't bother calling. The lady on the phone has to spend 15 minutes asking you numerous questions and setting up an account only to tell you that no one is available for a day or two. Although it's sufficient, but when you need service and you're in a hurry, she can't tell you if anyone's available until she says after an account is set up. No thank you. People need to know if you're available right away. Stop wasting people's time

Joseph was my Service technician and he was PHENOMENAL! He educated me on the vulnerabilities in my existing system. He was not pushy at all but he gave me valuable guidance and positioned himself as a trusted advisor. I purchased membership for this year to keep this service going. Doug’s Plumbing is 1st Class! Wouldn’t use anyone else. Prompt, Professional and Honest. Zach and Damon were especially helpful. I don’t leave many reviews but when a company under promises and over delivers I’d want to know about it also. Can’t go wrong with Doug’s 👍
