The plumbing and office staff at Wilson Plumbing - throughout our history with them - has always been prompt, responsive and professional. We have always lived in older homes here in Santa Barbara so as you can imagine there is an underlying anxiety whenever there's a leak, fixture failure or mysterious rumbling in the wall. Most recently Shane's effort, time and consultations with manufacturer and his colleagues to figure out what a problem with a shower control and rumbling in the walls was. Existing plumbing in the walls had reversed usual location. After several visits (which were pro bono to aid in figuring things out) this morning he found that answer. We feel confident and grateful that they continue to be our plumber of choice.

We have been happy to be able to recommend Wilson Plumbing to our friends. We have used their services for years for all kinds of plumbing repairs, installations and projects. They are skilled, professional, and friendly.

This plumbing company is a joke, non-professional with no respect for the clients. I had an appointment set more than two weeks ahead. I had the appointment on Monday morning but I did not hear from them the Friday before the exact time window and not after I called them Monday morning. They were supposed to be open at 7:30 and I left a message to be called back. I called a few times later because 8:15-9am was the slot they discussed with me. I waited and waited and when I called after 9am I finally got somebody to answer and they told me that they had no slot for me and she talked about September. Can you imagine this? I was livid and told them that I don’t want to deal with them ever again. If you are reading this, stay away from these guys.

Unreliable + Unprofessional = Uninterested. I had a frustrating experience with this service. They offered same-day availability and committed to an appointment, so I adjusted my schedule and made a special trip to meet them. Then, shortly before the scheduled time, they canceled - offering no real solution, just a suggestion that I wait around in case they could show up later. While they did communicate, it was at the last minute, and the overall attitude felt casual and dismissive. If you can’t follow through, don’t make the offer. Why set expectations you’re not prepared to meet? It came across as disorganized at best, indifferent at worst. I won’t be reaching out again.

Absolute lifesavers! Shane from Wilson is the man! Very respectful, personable, and kind. He identified the problem fast and snaked my fathers sink / shower. Drains are working better than ever. Will definitely use again for future plumbing needs
