Douglas Parking LLC

I left my car in here for 1 hour and they charged me $14. This isn’t downtown San Francisco. This is the ghetto, in Oakland… unacceptable

I'm not satisfied at all, and I'm never going back!!! I thought it would be in good care but I was wrong. My car is not automatic, so I watched the driver pull out and come to a very harsh stop, not only that, he stalled at the exact same time!!! I chose this garage to keep my ONLY CAR SAFE!!! Not worth the damage to personal property.

I was running late for an appointment on Webster Street last Thursday July 11, 2019. I pulled into the parking lot located on 14th Street . I left my keys to the attendant who was there and I asked how much it would cost me and he said they had a flat rate of $20.00. I thought it was too much but since I had no time to search for another parking spot I decided to leave my car there. When I left I realized my phone was left inside my car. I was missing an item a wristlet on my phone when I got my car but the attendant who I first met was not there anymore. I consider this unacceptable specially when the car is left with all the items supposed to be considered safe at the hands of someone who is safeguarding our property. The attendant should be trustworthy. Who else was in access of my car
