We park here to go to Kaleidium when there is no street parking available, which is every time we go to Kaleidium. There is no staff on-site and the self-pay kiosks are funky and slow which can lead to long exit lines when busy. They only take Visa and Mastercard but there is no sign explaining that when you pull in. The cost is $2 per hour but if you stay for 61 minutes it's $4. The max fee is $10 but the lost ticket fee is somehow $25.
Clean, safe - they’ve been top notch the last few months of parking here. Highly recommend.
Replied to a parking citation appeal over three months later with "consider yourself lucky." Extremely unprofessional.
Zero directions for entering/exiting. Very cramped space for driving.
