I recently had the opportunity to work with Winair, a heating and cooling supply chain company, and I must say, their professionalism and dedication are commendable. Throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the final delivery, I was impressed by the level of professionalism displayed by the entire Winair team. The staff members I interacted with were knowledgeable, responsive, and efficient in their work. They took the time to understand my specific heating and cooling needs and provided valuable insights and recommendations. Their attention to detail and commitment to finding the best solutions for my requirements were truly impressive. I needed a new air filter for my AC unit and couldn’t find the dimensions I needed at any local Home Depot, Lowe’s or Ace Hardware. I called this business to inquire if they had the specific air filter size I needed in stock and they did, so I got in my car and drove all the way from Peachtree City to Douglasville. It was so worth the 40 minute drive because the customer service from the moment I entered the building through the time I left was superb. Scott was amazing and so were the other gentlemen. Thanks guys. I will definitely return to this store for my future HVAC needs.

Sure hope this guy doesn't talk to his customers the same way he talks to someone that just dialed his business number by mistake. I will never use his services if I needed to due to his sorry attitude.

Very helpful atmosphere, especially Melissa. She has been working there I believe sence they opened and has always been willing to help customers with anything.
