I really appreciate how quickly Doug responds to his service calls. You can literally message him on messenger instead of having to call him on the phone and he will respond promptly. Even if he can’t get to you right away, he Will let you know exactly when he can get to you and has always been on time and very prompt. We just recently had to replace our 5 ton unit and I had another appointment that day, I was completely able to trust them to lock up when they were finished and they cleaned up everything as if no one had ever been there. They even fixed our hallway light! Very professional and most of all reliable with excellent customer service and good prices.

Within less than an hour Doug troubleshot, and fixed our heating issue along with replacing a thermostat. He is knowledgeable and professional. We will always call Doug’s ac and heat repair from now forward. Thank you Doug!!

Doug installed our new unit 1 year ago and it's been great. He was fast, prices are fair, and he's very polite. Just had him come and do the yearly servicing of the unit and he fit me in his schedule fast.
