Terrible! Not reliable. Dishonest. Manipulative. They started THIS YEAR what they were supposed to do LAST YEAR on my mom's pool. Started. Never came back. Dug up dirt and dumped it in two places in the yard (where she gardens) without even asking if they could do that or not. The pool is empty, with dirty pooling water, and God knows when they'll be back. They have already been paid for the job. I know the secretary has also been rude several times with my mom. Honestly, I think it's a manipulation tactic to be aggressive and avoid the situation.

We ask Doug’s pool supply to open our pool and give it a cleaning and they charge $300 and didn’t even clean it or put any chemicals in the pool. When we called to ask if they come back and perform that service, the secretary was rude and abusive, and said that they had put the chemicals in but they only put in one tiny bag of shock. And she had the nerve to say that they put in a 5 gallon pail of chlorine, which never happened we will never use them again!

Can't say enough positive things about this place. All the guys were very respectful and very quick. In and out in no time with my pool closing. Highly recommend and will definitely use for years to come.
