When they arrived to survey what we were asking to be repaired, Renato carefully looked over the area; asked questions to ensure that he understood our concerns; explained very clearly what could & couldn't be done. Within a few days we got our estimate that clearly explained step by step what would be done and the cost. We were talking about calling Renato for another project and realized we never posted a review. To me the best endorsement is the fact that we were excited to have Renato come back to do more work at our house. Of all the contractors we’ve had at our house for various work and estimates Renato was by far the most responsive and easiest to work with. His attention to detail and finished product speaks for itself. We were very pleased with how he was able to extend our bluestone patio and match what had been in place for over 20 years. He gave special attention to a drainage issue we were having and was able to mitigate the problem.

I had a fantastic experience with Douro construction and would recommend them highly without hesitation. They renovated three bathrooms for me, gutted and completely restored. The service was meticulous, responsive, and all of the subs were excellent at their craft. I live in an old house and parts of the job were difficult.
