Dover Contracting Company

Vendors do not work for this company. Its going on 2 years now and still no payment. If Paul Stratton calls for and estimate run he was the super for Dollar General. He admitted the job was completed and we were the lowest bid and we ran right over to complete the work. He also told me they switched secretaries... Nice excuse. Then he proceeded to swear at me when i contacted him.

I reached out to Dover Contracting about a commercial project we have in the developmental stages. I was invited to their office to meet with the estimation department and learned about the services they can provide. They were also able to suggest a couple options for architectural professionals. If approved Dover will definitely be my first choice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. what a nightmare from the start. we got assigned the most miserable project manager, they tried to get away with installing lower grade hardware, doors, etc, they demanded payment on parts that weren’t even complete yet, claimed they would finished parts of the job that we weren’t happy with when we closed for the season, and the best part - i paid 20 thousand dollars for the hvac project that isn’t working, they claimed they would correct it AND we just were told they are walking way from the job. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Had to explain to my grandchildren what F$%k Joe Binen mentioned, which was plastered over his business truck. I get you don't like OUR PRESIDENT, but have respect for the children who see your hatred and ignorance.
