Builder uses them for new construction. But when I needed to move an outlet, install a new out light and new receptable after closing due to a deck installation never got an estimate. I only followed up on recommendation by builder to protect the warranty but looks like they take care of bigger projects. Have seen their van multiple times in the community but never bothered to stop by and give an estimate.

When the tech arrived I was concerned from the start, first he over a hour late, smelled like cigarettes and was rude. Once he inspected our issue he sat in his vehicle for another 30-40 minutes came back and told us it’s gonna be over 2500 to replace the breaker box?! We’re like wait we just have a bad fuse why replace the entire box? Seem like they were looking to up charge the whole situation because we contacted mr electric and they were able to replace fuse with no problem and was very affordable. Do not call Dover they will over charge you and sell you on services you don’t need.

I called because when we bought the house they told us in case of an electrical problem we would call so I called and explained the situation. With the breaker box so the lady on the phone was rude and wanted to speak badly to me since she called me back so she had a bad attitude. If you are dealing with clients, try to be kind, this is not a favor, when I purchase the house they told me we can use this company for any problems. Please if you do not know how to work with customer start your own business.

Worst company I've ever dealt with including the owner. I had them come out to fix a doorbell issue on a home they wired. While there, I asked for a quote for some work. They looked at it and said they'd get it to me in a day or two. Never heard back on the quote. Then I hired them to come out and replace a light fixture. Once again, I asked for the same quote on the other work. They took measurements and photos. Never heard back. I contacted them asked again about the quote and they stated they needed to come out again to look at the same project. So, I let them know how unhappy I was. The owner, John, called apologizing and stating how sorry he was that I kept getting the run around. He assured me that he would not only get me the quote but a great price on the work as well. The owner's are super nice and helpful. I understand that most electricians get really busy, but they take the time to apologize if they can't meet your schedule. The technicians are super helpful as well.
