Dover Pools

I love this store. I open my pool then take pool water to them to test. They tell me exactly what to purchase and send me home with a printout of what to do. If I ever have questions, they always answer them. I’ve purchased 2 above ground pools from Dover Pools. I’ve been with them for so many years. I’m definitely a customer for life.

Although Dover pools (by Home Depot) did not have what I needed they were kind and customer service oriented and called to their other store to make sure they had what I needed before I drove across town. They answered all my questions about miscellaneous other pool issues and even let me take some of their awesome popcorn!(that was worth the trip just for that) they were great! Then when I arrived at the other store in south Dover they were ready to help and the young lady was quick to bring what I needed up to checkout . I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! Dover pool gets my very seldom awarded these days “ Bravo Zulu” for their outstanding customer service all the way around!

Went in looking at hot tubs. A very knowledgeable, welcoming staff assisted us throughout our time there. No pressure. Made sure to fully understand what features we were looking for in a hot tub. Family owned business featuring Made in USA products. Many models on display. Full array of products for maintenance and enjoyed of your pool or hot tub. Great overall experience. I've been going to Dover Pools for a long time. I always get my water tested every couple weeks. Any time I ever have questions about anything I seek out Katie. She always knows. She is absolutely the best.
