Dow Excavating & Landscape Materials

Ordered 6 cubic yards of garden soil. Was told it would be delivered in their 6 cubic yard truck. That is why I went with a full load from that specific truck. I do full loads because you can see and compare if it is close or close enough to what it should be. Delivered in their large truck and it did not look like 6 yards, let them know that this did not look like 18' x 3' x 3' of soil. Got a call shortly after from the owner and while he was being cordial for the most part, he said he would have his guys run out here with 3x3x3 boxes and fill those up with shovels to prove he was not wrong. I heard about Wayne Dow through my sister first, who was developing land and needed a pad graded for some well work. Wayne charged them a fraction of the price they were quoted by the guy they first talked to, and got it done in an afternoon. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Dow Excavating helped with our new construction build including road/driveway construction, septic install, and site prep. Wayne’s communication throughout the project was phenomenal. Kindsay was fantastic to work with in the office. Marshall, Sawyer and others who worked on our project did high quality work while respecting our property. When unexpected and unforeseeable speed bumps came up in our project, Wayne picked up the phone to proactively find a solution with our budget at the front of his mind. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering working with them.

We are using Dow as we rebuild from the August 18, 2023 wildfires. They are a pleasure to work with, prices are reasonable, and they show up when they say they will. There is no guessing on if and when they will show. The products we've used are good quality. Great small business to support!

WOW!!!! We are having a hard time expressing how wonderful our first experience was with Dow Rocks. We drove 3 hours to pick up our decorative rock, and what we found was a business that not only has quality product, but the customer service they provide is PHENOMENAL! In a time when great customer service is non-existent in so many businesses today, they are the exception!! They went “above and beyond” in helping us with a couple of issues. They didn’t have to help us. They had already been paid. But their employees were so kind and willing to help, we can’t say enough good things about them. It was a 6 hour trip, but we’d do it again in a heart beat….because of their customer service!!!!
