I've used this company three times for home improvements and they are amazing. They done an ERV install, mini split install and relocated existing units to a better location. The prices are unbeatable and the service is second to none.

Down Home did a great job for me. They came out in a couple of hours on New Year’s Day and got my heat back on. They even checked on the warranty and got my parts for free without my asking. Josh was awesome to work with.

Knowledgeable, reasonable, and fair. I might even add "patient" as we received our first bid well over a year ago. They were willing to wait as our budget was not healthy enough at the time. Now, after some time, we reengaged to move forward with replacing two complete HVAC systems. Down Home still came back $3,000-$4,000 less than all other companies and was able to complete the work in two days. They went above and beyond with installation, clean up, and with mitigating unforseen issues discovered during the installation.
