Ken came out to our house and did an excellent job cleaning our air ducts. The organization provided us with the greatest pricing and completed the work with care. He and his crew were really professional, punctual, and well-informed. The end result was fantastic, and they even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind. We clean our air ducts ocassionally in a year and this time round we hired Henrick Air Duct since we felt that our former cleaning company was becoming more expensive. Zach and Robert from Henrick Air Duct were very transparent, considering that they asked me to see how dirty the ducts were and what they intended to do to clean them thoroughly. Their price for the service were way much better than of our previous duct cleaner while Zach and Robert were more professional and polite.

Henrick Air Duct technician was very professional and courteous from the first day we spoke on the phone. He explained the whole process to me and gave me a price over the phone, there was no extra fees or scare tactics. When they came over on Saturday, hid team was fantastic. They arrived 15 minutes early which was awesome, very thorough work and my home is not only clean and sanitized. I would not hesitate to recommend and refer anyone in need to them.
