Downey has done two wells for me in the last two years, one commercial and one residential. I can not recommend this company enough. They are the absolute best to work with. Their crew and employees are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with as a homeowner or contractor. This is By far one of the most communicative contractors I’ve ever worked with. You owe it to yourself and your business to use Downey over any competitor in the area. They run a very clean and professional job site as well. The backfill/ dirt work was basically ready for seed. They were conscious about parking large equipment out of the way. I will have no reservations about using this company again.
