Downey Energy

I have been using Downey Oil for about 26 years… and they have always been so great to deal with. Doesnt matter what the issue is, they always send someone right away… even on Thanksgiving! They supply my oil and my gas. I am so grateful for them! Today i had an issue and within an hour Joe showed up in the freezing cold and he was happy to help. Carey, Tina and the team are, and always have been more than wonderful. In a world where customer service has all but disappeared… you can count on Downey Oil. Thanks again. 💜

Steve and Joe are the nicest people! I called in bc the furnace and hot water heater were not working - after filling the tank, Steve helped trouble-shoot and discovered the emergency switch was off! Turns out the healthcare aide accidentally switched it off thinking it was the light switch. Joe called to follow up and ensure we truly had solved it - great customer service on one of the coldest days of the year!

So grateful for the efficient and courteous service from Downey Oil. They came through asap when my boiler stopped working in the wee hours, helped me figure out my thermostat and overhauled an ancient exhaust fan which required a lot of different elements. Thank you Downey Oil.

My family has been with Downey for 3 years now. The experience has been amazing, and I especially love their billing process when deliveries are made and work is being done (workers don't collect money; instead a card on file is billed). We had an unscrupulous company come in for an emergency issue with hot water; it took them 3 weeks to fix. After the repair, heating issues persisted and it was Downey's HVAC specialist (his name is Royal) who came in and diagnosed the issue as air introduced to the system. He cleared it out and heating was working as it should in minutes. 5 stars!

I had a service call where my boiler had issues. They had a technician come to my house within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. No BS, quick and efficient. Technician name was Royal and he was great. I just moved to the area and will be using Downey going forward.
