Cathy Skronski at Downtown Tile did an amazing job in designing 2 bathroom makeovers. Her selection of tile is far superior to anything you will find at Lowe’s or Home Depot. She doesn’t just sell tile. She drafts beautiful designs and provides a layout design for the tile installer. We were so happy to work with Cathy as her eye for design is impeccable.

Absolutely the best tile shop in Monmouth County. Not only do they have a huge porcelain collection but their marble and natural stone offers are beyond compare. Catherine, the owner is on top of EVERYTHING, from the moment you choose from her phenomenal design concepts until your order is properly delivered. And yes, she is by appoinment only which ensures her time is all yours when you come in. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service provided by Catherine and her team at Downtown Tile and recommend her highly! I am doing a major home renovation, including 3 bathrooms, kitchen, fireplaces. Catherine does her consultations by appointment only, and it is evident that she does this in order to give her full attention to each project. She has a natural artistic sense and was able to put together lovely tile combinations. I will add that she was sensitive to pricing and showed me many beautiful choices that fit my budget. After placing the order, Catherine provided my contractor with detailed drawings, was super-responsive on delivery times and any add-on orders, and available for questions. I just had the worst experience here. I came In with my coworkers and as soon as we stepped in the store, one of the workers instantly pushed us out for not having an appointment, didn’t even let us browse. Very rude, don’t recommend and will never be stepping foot in here again.
