Downunder iParkit Garage

This was the most unnecessarily complicated and frustrating garage experience I've ever had. I parked here because my doctor offered parking validation. After scanning the bar code on the app to enter, I went to my doctor's appointment. After my appointment, I tried to enter into the garage but couldn't get in using the bar code, so I had to call for assitance. Got to my car and went to exit and scan the bar code at the kiosk (while in my car). Didn't work. Called for assistance - the staff member came by and had to make several trips to the office to figure out what was going on while I waited to leave to get to work. After 3 tries and 15 min, didn't work. They let me out finally and proceeded to charge me using pictures of my license plates half an hour later- it was more than double the

This parking area is a rip-off. First off, after entering it says for 0-30 is $11 and its goes up from there. Make a round turn an your screwed. Then the signs it side does not point to what you can access through the parking facility. I just paid $11. to walk and drive around a parking facility. Legal robbery at is finesse.

Don't go here, go to the arena garage next door for significantly cheaper. The garage went from 10$ a day to 17$ a day in less than a year, meanwhile neighboring garages are 12$. The door locks are a joke, if you pull hard enough on the door it just opens and there are always people sleeping in the stairwells in the morning you have to sneak by. Unsafe and expensive

PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PARKING GARAGE AS FAR AS YOU COULD! I parked my car there from 4:42 PM on Saturday (11/23/2024) to 09:35 AM on Sunday (11/24/2024) – it was only 16 hours 53 minutes over the weekend as printed on my ticket and receipt. However I was charged $50 instead of $21 as indicated on their big sign of parking rates that’s placed next to their ticket vending machine (see photo attached). I called to discuss with Ian, the manager, but he was rude and kept telling me I got charged $50 due to their event rate!!! Their parking garage was almost empty on Saturday 11/24/2024 and I didn’t see any sign stating that rate at all. He told me to call his boss (Gunner). I did but he couldn’t also help me further until next Tuesday. It’s a SCAM definitely. So I’ll have to dispute this o

The price keeps going up. There have been multiple price adjustments to the daily rate. It used to cost $10/day. Now it costs $17/day. Monthly parking is now $220/month. This is undoubtedly the most expensive garage in the area.
