Dowty services our mini-split system in our pavilion. Their HVAC maintenance program is affordable and reliable! They reach out to schedule service and on any troubleshooting they are quick to reply and address the issue. Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Happy to have a local HVAC company in Carteret County for our HVAC service and repairs.

Our church works with Loaves and Fishes of Beaufort as an outreach ministry. Today this company put three new HVAC unites on the roof of one of our stores and had us up and running by lunch time. Amazing! I've never seen anyone stick to their word and work as hard as these guys. 5 stars all the way!

I'm from hickory, north carolina, up in the moorhead city area, helping out a friend and I needed a refrigerant tank adapter, that no supply chain within a two hour radius had in stock. One of the technicians for this company met me in his parking lot and gave me 1 for free.Would not even take a tip for it. What an awesome guy that has to reflect great quality from these people. We contacted Dowty, and spoke with Brad. Through our conversations I explained what the problem was. He made it a point to get to the house as soon as he could. While looking everything over, issues we found in no time. He did some repairs, and telling me to keep an eye on everything. The next morning we noticed that our lines we froze over again. After contacting Brad again, he said he'd have one of his technicians come by at his earliest convenience. When Joseph showed up, I walked him around to where all my units were. He said not to worry that he would get it figured out. In about 10 minutes he located another issue, he showed me what the problem was, and asked if I'd like for him to replace the part. To which I told him absolutely. Joseph was definitely professional and knowledgeable.

Dowty Air Conditioning had put their cape on tonight. A late night call to them and Brad came like Superman. I was at work late and my kids and wife were home and the a/c went out and was extremely hot In my house. Brad came to save the day at our home late at night and fixed my A/C and worked on it until it was done. Now my family can sleep comfortably and cool thanks to Dowty Air Conditioning late night service. We highly recommend this company and will always be our number one call.
