Found a great deal on a washer/dryer combo at D.R. Appliances. The service was top-notch from start to finish. It’s hard to find honest appliance stores these days, but these guys are the real deal. 5 stars!

Absolutely Terrible – The Owner Has No Clue What He’s Doing! Stay Away If I could give zero stars, I would. The owner of Dr. Appliance came to “fix” my refrigerator, and it was clear he had no idea what he was doing. His communication was awful—he no-showed multiple times and kept asking for my address even after already visiting. He claimed I had a refrigerant leak without proving it, then overcharged my system, causing the compressor and suction line to freeze. He didn’t check the model specs, guessed how much refrigerant to add, and put a piercing valve in the wrong spot. Another company in Dracut later confirmed all his mistakes. When I confronted him, he offered only a partial refund, blaming it on the piercing valve—like I had a choice, since removing it would have made things wors

Extremely Rude and unprofessional. I called to ask for a price on a thermostat repair and the man said if I know what it is why don’t I fix it myself. Said he couldn’t give me a price on anything at all not even a quote on diagnosing the issue although I have already sourced the issue. Super unprofessional and confrontational for no reason at all.

My husband but a dryer from this place $200 thrown away, noticed all this after bringing home to NH, it didn't heat up properly, made loud noise, and when he went back to tell him, they had all kinds of excuses to avoid having it back, from to far to go, to not having time at the moment. end up throwing away and losing hard earned money. once they grab your money you are on the risk of losing it if something is wrong with the appliance, so go new.

Bought a dryer on the 3rd didn't get delivered until the 6th . Notice the lint filter wasn't in it. Called spoke with the person that helped me with the dryer and said he couldn't find it in the shop and Tues someone else will get it and bring it to me... So let's see i bought the dryer 10 days ago and had it in my house for 7 days and 5 days later I'm still waiting for it ... Either bring it or come and get the dryer and bring my money back
