Dr. Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Just had my carpets and couch cleaned by Dr. Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning, and the results were better than I ever expected. I have two dogs and a toddler, so our carpets were definitely in need of some serious attention. The crew showed up right on time, super friendly and respectful, and worked efficiently while answering all my questions. They managed to remove stains I thought were permanent, and everything looks and smells fresh and new again. You can tell they use high quality equipment and genuinely care about doing a great job. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Worth every penny.

Mike and Don did a wonderful job on our carpets and couch. They communicated well prior to arrival as well as during the time they were onsite. Our house is a very clean, pet free/smoke free home, so my standard for their work was very high. They respected the environment by wearing booties in the house, laying mats down on the floor where any cables would be laying and they also placed door edge guards so not to scuff any paint/trim work. I would definitely recommend them and will absolutely have them back out next time we are due for a cleaning. THANK YOU SUPERIOR!

The team did an amazing job! They showed up on time and listened thoroughly to what I needed as we did a walk through. They described what they were going to do and how long it was going to take. They also showed me pictures of my intake duct before it was cleaned and showed me after pics too. Amazing! I also needed a rodent pee smell out of one of my inflow vents that had been previously cleaned. They put in a sanitizing product in the vent and throughout the entire system. Within 24 hrs the smell was gone! One thing I also like about this company is they picked up the phone when I initially called to make an apt. I called two other companies who didn’t pick up and one never even called me back.
