Honest guy, you do typically pay for the service appointment upfront via e-transfer, but Dan is very fair and refunds you any excess. I used his services twice now for my property in Windsor, the most recent to repair a washer, unfortunatly the appliance was beyond repair however Dan went above and beyond to return the part and refunded me a good chunk of my money, mitigating my costs. He stayed calm and professional throughout the whole process, even through tougher moments. Thanks again for your honesty and prompt response
