Called on Sunday and he made us an appointment that afternoon. Made a courtesy call prior to coming to check up and let us know he was on the way! Was very kind and listened when explaining our issue. He asked many times if we had questions- which was very nice and made us feel more comfortable. Very professional and did an amazing job.
3 months to arrive due to broken equipment, came in a big hurry one day, to camera my sewer line, didn't video it, left incorrect report saying I had no tree roots, but I did. Had redone by someone days later, who took their time & showed me roots, blisters that this guy blew past. Had I not had gotten a second option I cannot imagine the cost! Contacted Chris, and he got all childish on me saying "I was looking for a scapegoat"...no Chris, I was looking for a professional. He charged $450 for a hideous job. Beware
He was to busy for the job but he was kind enough to refer me to someone else
he charged me 351 dollars for one hour and told me i needed a plumber to fix my problem.
I like these guys. Did a goid job for me
